• Intense cleaning and disinfection of active contact surfaces like door handles, stair
railings, elevator buttons, sinks, water-taps, etc.
• Additional installation of further disinfectant dispensers in all relevant areas

• Decrease of the capacity of our elevators so a maximum of 2 persons (or 4 persons from
the same household) are able to use one. All elevator users are obliged to wear nose and
mouth protection

• Doors will open automatically, and entrance doors will be kept open during busy periods
to reduce contact and to keep proper ventilation

• Public seating areas are implemented following the distance regulation

• Distance regulation is also followed by putting floor marks at the reception

• Installation of plexiglas protection at the reception
